Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

Project Cancellation by Client (Before Work Begins):
If you cancel the project before any work has started, you are eligible for a full refund, minus any administrative fees (if applicable).

Project Cancellation (After Work Has Started):
If the project is canceled after work has started but before completion, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed. The client will be charged for hours already worked, and any third-party costs incurred.

Non-Delivery of Service:
If we fail to deliver the project within the agreed-upon timeline and no reasonable explanation or alternative solution is provided, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

Duplicate Payment:
In case of a billing error or duplicate payment, we will issue a full refund upon verification.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following scenarios:

Hosting/domain or third-party tool/service fees.

Change of mind after work has been completed or approved.

Delay caused by the client, such as failure to provide required content, feedback, or approvals.

Client dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences after final approval of the design or development.

Revision & Dispute Resolution

We offer multiple revisions to ensure client satisfaction. If you are unhappy with any aspect of the project, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

In case of any disputes, we encourage open communication to reach a fair resolution.

  • Reason for the refund request
  • Any relevant documentation or evidence

We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.
